Air-Fryer Beef & Bean Taquitos
Crunchy rolled tortillas filled with seasoned beef, refried beans, and cheese — freezer-friendly, dippable, and dangerously snackable.
Taquitos solve dinner by behaving like snacks. They are crisp enough for fingers, substantial enough for a plate, and friendly to every topping in the fridge. The air fryer is good at this specific magic: tight rolled tortillas that brown without turning greasy.
A smear of beans acts like glue, the beef brings the spice, and cheese makes the whole thing behave. Make a double batch if your household has teenagers or sports on television.
