Cook filling
Brown beef with taco seasoning and a splash of water until glossy.

Add beef and cheese to each tortilla, top with a tostada, sour cream, lettuce, and tomato.

Fold edges toward the center, overlapping to seal. Place seam-side down.

Mist with spray and cook at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, turning once if needed, until crisp.
