Marinate
Toss chicken with soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch.

Cook at 390°F for 12 minutes, shaking once.

Add pineapple and cook 4–6 minutes more, until chicken is 165°F and glossy.
