Build
Spread each bagel half with sauce, then add cheese, pepperoni, olives, peppers, and seasoning.

Cook at 375°F for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese bubbles and the bagel edges crisp.

Let stand 2 minutes so the cheese does not take the roof of your mouth with it.
